Manage sales presentation in China ( Shenzhen ) and HK. Divisions, like Ameriwood , Cosco, would invite customers to have the presentation in Asia. This will save a lot of cost, like sample delivery fees, hotel rent fees… Besides that, we have an advantage in region. We can revise the sample quickly if we found any changes needed before buyer(s) review. 5. Plan the customer visit schedule. We made the full plan before customer visit, including the airport pick up , hotel booking , tickets purchasing ,car arranement , visit schedule coordinating . 6. Have training course for all Dorel china employees and in different departments, including quality inspection, quality assurance, Engineer proceeding and package completed.7. DI ( Direct Import ) program procedure control.
