Manage the new project beginning from design validation testing, process validation test, mass production to product end life. Leading the team member to finish the product, process control, product shipping, customer feedback, quality control and cost control, keep in touch with global team and designer, Provide solution/suggestion to program team, Make sure a good team work in internal project team.
Work in Flextronics Mobile segment as PE engineer, NPI (new product introduce) leader. Help customer as MOTO, SEMC, Kyocera etc to program new project. Include to evaluate project quote/ production capacity, set up a team, take lead the team to complete for engineering/ design pilot run, ramp up, and achieve mass production. Have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication with customer. Makes rapid response following the customer require and market change.
